Running a showhouse

From posters to follow-ups, in one workflow.

schedule 5 min read

A great showhouse converts walk-ins into mandates. Here's the RealtyPA workflow that gets the most out of every Saturday afternoon, from pre-marketing to Monday-morning follow-ups.

  1. 1

    Create the showhouse event

On the listing, tap Calendar → New Showhouse. Set date, time, and which agents will attend. The event auto-syncs to your Google Calendar.

  2. 2

    Generate signage + flyers

Tap Brochures → Showhouse Pack. RealtyPA renders A4 flyers, A0 posters, and an Instagram story, all branded.

  3. 3

    Capture walk-in leads

On showhouse day, open the listing on your phone. Tap "+ Walk-in" for each visitor. Capture name, phone, what they're looking for. Optionally scan their ID directly into FICA.

  4. 4

    Prepare the follow-up

After the visitor leaves, RealtyPA prompts you with a "thanks for visiting" draft and the brochure. Review it, then copy it into your preferred channel.

  5. 5

    Monday review

Open the showhouse event after the weekend. See total walk-ins, the buyers who scored highest on AI fit, and a one-tap "follow up" queue ranked by likelihood to transact.

After 4-5 walk-ins, ask the AI Assistant: "Which of today's walk-ins look most likely to make an offer?", it ranks them on engagement signals.
