Creating a listing on mobile
From kitchen-table photo to portal-live in 60 seconds.
Capturing a listing while you're still at the seller's kitchen table closes the loop on the appointment, they see the listing live before you leave. Here's how to do it on mobile.

Open the RealtyPA app
iOS or Android. Tap the + button. Choose "New Listing".

Type the address
Address autocomplete pulls from every registered erf in SA. Tap the right one. Erf size, deed info, owner, auto-populated.

Snap photos
Tap the camera icon. Shoot 8-12 photos of the property. RealtyPA auto-enhances brightness and crops to portal sizes.

Fill in the listing details
Beds, baths, asking price, condition. Most fields use SA-aware defaults (e.g., levies for sectional schemes auto-calculated).

Tap "Publish"
Listing pushes to RealtyPA, syndicates to Property24 + Private Property within 5 min. Show the seller the live URL, usually before they've finished their coffee.

Shoot landscape orientation. Most portals downgrade portrait shots to side-bars.
For empty rooms, tap "Stage with AI", RealtyPA suggests virtual staging that boosts engagement.
