Property24 and Private Property connect per agency

Your agency links its Property24 and Private Property accounts in RealtyPA once, and we set that up with you. After that, the listings of every agent with their own portal agent ID sync.

If your agency already sends listings to the portals from another system, talk to us first.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 30 days free with 5 property reports included, and no card is needed. The trial ends when the 30 days or the 5 reports run out, whichever comes first.
Is the price really per agent?
Yes. Each agent is billed at their plan's price every month, with no office fee on top. Agency invoices follow the agency's agreed terms.
How do I pay?
By card, on a secure Peach Payments checkout that opens from Billing in the app. Cards are not charged automatically on renewal yet.
Can I change plan or cancel?
If you pay for your own seat, yes. Billing in the app has Change plan and Cancel subscription, and your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. If your agency pays for your seat, your agency admin manages it.
What counts as a property report?
A full title deed, ownership and transfer history pull on one property. Opening the same property again in the same month does not count twice.
